Are your designs drawn by hand?
Yes, every image, including some text, is illustrated and coloured by hand, specifically the hand of Gia (my hand). I then do a quick digital cleanup of the mistakes I always make (mostly colouring outside the lines), and send it over to my local printer for production. Every single card is a labour of my love from start to finish and I have the tendinitis to prove it.
What paper do you use?
Our cards are printed on a heavyweight 100lb. card stock in white, with a smooth, matte finish.
Where does the name Cole-Yoni come from?
“Coglioni"; (slang, vulgar) noun/masculine/plural; origin Italian: balls, nuts, morons, idiots

How long is delivery?
We use Canada Post Lettermail to send all of our cards. We are often able to ship out orders the same day that they are purchased. If you order by noon (12PM) Eastern Standard Time, from Monday to Friday, we can get your package to the post office and shipped out the same day, (we are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Eastern Standard Time). Otherwise we will drop your package off the next day (excluding Sundays).
Please note, mail carriers do not ship out on weekends or holidays. If you order on a weekend or holiday, your item will be sent out the next business day.
Here are our approximate shipping durations (keep in mind, these are not guaranteed):
Canada: 2-5 Business Days
USA: 4-7 Business Days
International: 5-10 Business Days
Please note: These delivery times may be affected by weekends and holidays in both the sending and receiving countries.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping in Canada for orders $15.00 and over.
Shipping rates are otherwise based upon the total weight and dimensions of the package and sent using Canada Post Lettermail. We try to keep our packaging as minimal and light as possible to ensure the most economical shipping cost.
Keep in mind that for International orders, certain duties or fees may be incurred upon receipt of your parcel, which are the responsibility of the receiver.
Fees will otherwise fall within these ranges:
Free shipping on orders $15.00+
Up to maximum of 200g:
U.S.A: $2.15 - $6.00
International: $5.75 - $15.00
201g - 300g:
U.S.A: $6.00 - $12.00
International: $20.00 - $22.00
300g - 500g:
U.S.A: $10.00 - $14.00
International: $22.00 - $28.00
Any parcel weighing 500 grams or more is required to be sent as a small package, which will incur extra fees.
F.Y.I: The total weight of a single card product is 21 grams. The shipping envelope ranges from 14 - 17 grams.
How do you ship your products?
Cards are shipped via Canada Post in a bubble lined shipping envelope to ensure safe arrival. Each card and envelope is packaged inside a cellophane sleeve to avoid smudges or scratches.
When will my items be shipped?
All items are shipped out within 1-2 days of the order being placed. If you are under a time crunch and need your order right away (forgot about Mother’s Day did ya?), you can select express shipping at checkout. Please note, there will be an extra cost for express service, but your mother is worth it.
What is your return policy?
All of our sales are final; however, if we mucked up your order, we will amend it at no charge.
If your item(s) arrived damaged, please snap and send us a photo of it within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll assess the situation with the post service and send out a replacement to you.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, let us know within 24 hours of placing the order so that we can either amend it or cancel it for you. Please note that cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee.
Do you do custom cards?
Not at the moment. Custom work may open up in the future but for now, we just don’t have the time. Stay tuned though!
